Jeff+Goda Selected for South Carolina Biennial Exhibition

 

Columbia, SC – Oct. 5, 2025 – Jeff+Goda, multimedia artists based in Greenville, SC has been selected to participate in the highly regarded 701 Center for Contemporary Arts Biennial Exhibit, an exhibition that highlights and celebrates the breadth of contemporary artistic practice across the state.

 

Jeff+Goda will have their installation, Point of Departure, featured in Part II of the exhibition. The artistic duo is known for works that are engaging both visually and philosophically, and frequently laced with unconventional satire and wit

 

Jeff+Goda created Point of Departure to be an evocative work suggesting the need to have comfortable conversations about end-of-life preparations. The installation features 100 foldable medical walkers, piled into a hauntingly beautiful structure, accompanied by a uniquely curated soundtrack, offering an immersive experience that deepens the reflection on this health care topic.

An opening reception will take place on November 13, 6 PM - 8 PM, with opportunities for the public to meet the artists and experience the exhibition firsthand.
